President's Message
Akebono Corporate mission is "Through 'Friction and Vibration, their Control and Analysis,' we are determined to protect, grow and support every individual life". We developed our business by focusing our management resources around brake-related operations.
In June 2011, we have formulated the "Akebono New Frontier 30 Rolling Plan 2011" and committed ourselves to maximizing corporate value and growing our business by working on future-proofing and differentiation of our technologies, revolutionary cost reduction and global expansion initiatives, and switching from Japan and North America-centered structure to a broader global one that also covers Europe and Asia.
We will continue our efforts to proactively deepen the communication with our shareholders, investors and all those interested in our stocks, while working to gain further understanding of the Akebono group by continuing to disclose fair and impartial information in a timely manner.
