A new concept brake caliper that expresses Akebono's unique identity by integrating technology that has been cultivated by the company over many years into a unique brake caliper design. In order to improve environmental performance, the new caliper incorporates innovative measures to reduce weight while also utilizing drag reduction technology. It also features a beautiful rounded form.
F1 Brake Caliper

A brake caliper that is supplied by Akebono as an official supplier to the Vodafone McLaren Mercedes F1 team.

Brake System for the McLaren MP4-12C GT3

A brake caliper system for the MP4-12C GT3, which was developed as a race car exclusively for the FIA GT series based on the new high performance McLaren MP4-12C.

A brake system that was supplied to the MuSashi Racing Team Harc Pro team for the Suzuka 8-hour Endurance Race, which is the third race of the World Endurance Championship Series, (2011 QTEL FIM Endurance World Championship - 8H Suzuka (Japan).
Brake calipers (front and rear), master cylinders (front and rear), and brake pads will be exhibited.
