I truly learned that knowledgeof local people’s perspectives and of the culture and history of thecountry where I reside is important and can be crucial factors in myday-to-day operations. Also, I was inspired by local associates whoacted proactively while maintaining independent mind-sets andassertive attitudes. Making full use of this experience, I will strive tobuild a successful career on the global stage.Open House EventTOPICSWe hold “Open House” days, providing the families of associateswith the opportunity to see where their family memberswork and to understand Akebono better.
