Disclosure PoliciesAkebono is striving to ensure proactive and easy-to-understand disclosure so thatimportant information on its operations is appropriately communicated to all stakeholders.Disclosure StandardsDisclosure is made in accordance with applicable laws and regulations,such as Japan’s Company Law and the Financial Instruments andExchange Law, as well as with the Timely Disclosure Regulations(the “Regulations”) enacted by the Tokyo Stock Exchange (“TSE”).The Regulations require timely disclosure when a decision, event orfinancial information that affects investment judgments occurs; whenan inquiry is made by the TSE; or when there is a material change orsuspension or discontinuation of activity that affects the content ofpreviously disclosed corporate information.It is also our policy to disclose information that does not fall underthe Regulations in a proactive and fair manner.Information Disclosure Method(1) Disclosure of information falling under the Regulations is publicizedthrough the Timely Information Disclosure System (TDnet) offeredby the TSE in accordance with the Regulations.
