Winning the twofold title ofDrivers’ and Manufacturers’ World Champion in 2014 the TS040HYBRID is now on the track for the 2015 season with Akebonosupplying brake calipers.N?rburgring 24 Hour Endurance RaceThe N?rburgring 24 Hour race is arguably the world’s toughest productioncar-based race. Having incorporated Akebono’s brake calipersand brake pads “TOYOTA GAZOO Racing” ran its LEXUS LFA CodeX in the rounds held on May 16 and 17 2015 winning the title of aclass champion for the second consecutive year.* NVH stands for noise vibration and harshness.Akebono strives to control these and other negativefactors affecting braking and thereby helprealize greater driving comfort.Going forward we will continue to pursue better noise andvibration control the key performance determiners of excellentbrakes while enhancing the environment-friendliness of our products.As we do so we will continue to supply a range of products fromreasonably-priced brakes to brakes for high-performance vehicles.
