Renewal of ISO CertificationsSince the former Akebono Brake Miharu Manufacturing Co. Ltd.became the first ISO 14001-certified facility in the Akebono Groupin 1999 all Group members in Japan have obtained the ISO14001 certification. To date each has passed all two to four successiverenewal examinations while extending the scope of theirenvironmental initiatives to include back-office sections as well astheir suppliers.
