My current work
I am responsible for product development as part of the sales activities for car manufacturers. I gather customer needs through meetings, emails, and phone calls, and then share this information within the company. I coordinate the entire process to propose optimal specifications.
Rewarding: Although my main role is non-engineering,, I am involved in vehicle development and have been entrusted with responsibility for my own projects from my first year.
My future ideals
My current goal is to become a trusted salesperson whom customers turn to first when they are in need.
My message to students in the middle of job hunting
It’s hard work to receive a job offer, but the real work begins after you join a company. I believe that the most important factor in doing your best, even in a challenging work environment, is the “people” you work with. I think Akebono is a great company to work for because everyone is very kind and supportive. I would be happy if you became even a little interested in Akebono. Good luck with your job-hunting.
