My current work
I am responsible for recruiting new graduates. My main tasks include planning and implementing internships, and overseeing the employment selection process. I find the job very rewarding, as it contributes to Akebono's future growth.
My future ideals
I want to become someone who my colleagues can rely on. Currently, I rely on my seniors and supervisors to perform my duties, but my goal is to eventually become a person whom my juniors can depend on. To achieve this, I am proactively taking on challenges within my current capabilities and gaining experience, including both successes and failures.
My message to students in the middle of job hunting
I believe that the job-hunting period for an undergraduate or graduate student is a valuable time to explore a variety of companies.
By concentrating on job-hunting at this time, I believe that your life as a member of society after securing a job will be completely different, Although it can be challenging to balance this with your academic and extracurricular activities, I sincerely hope you succeed.
