Akebono at the 40th Essen Motor Show

Akebono Brake Industry Co., Ltd. has a booth at the 40th Essen Motor Show being held at the Messe Essen in Essen, Germany. The event is open to the general public from December 1 through 9.
Under the concept of “Fusion of High-performance and Design,” the exhibition offers a number of high-performance brake innovations. These include the Formula 1 brake calipers being supplied to the Vodafone McLaren Mercedes team, the calipers being used for the actual race car with trouble-free conditions at the Nurburgring 24-hour Endurance Race, and a 12-POT caliper (concept model) with two disc rotors of increased rotor diameter to create phenomenal stopping power.
Akebono’s booth is located in the Hall 2.
