Akebono to exhibit brake solutions at JAPAN MOBILITY SHOW 2025

Tokyo, Japan - (October 28, 2025) - Akebono Brake Industry will exhibit new brake solutions at the JAPAN MOBILITY SHOW 2025, which will be held at Tokyo Big Sight.

One of our noteworthy products making its debut at this show is a motorsports brake caliper designed for the FIA World Rally Championship (WRC). It demonstrates high reliability and is capable of handling various road surface conditions worldwide, contributing to the victories of the team to which it is supplied.

In addition to motorsports brakes, we will showcase our braking technology for a wide range of applications, from motorcycles and automobiles to industrial machinery and rolling stock for railways. One example of these on display is the disc brake for the N700S Shinkansen, one of the Japanese bullet trains.

Furthermore, we will exhibit products and technologies that span Akebono's history from its founding in 1929 to the present, and that look towards the future.
